Event Sponsorship
Sponsorships play a vital role in putting on many great events throughout the year in the Downtown Sterling area. Businesses and individuals are both invited to provide event sponsorship.
Special Initiatives
While unrestricted partnership contributions support allow us the most flexibility, and event sponsorship allow us to do the “fun stuff,” there are other special initiatives that Sterling Main Street oversees that also need the community’s ongoing support.
DOWNTOWN BEAUTIFICATION: Sterling Main Street installs and provides the daily watering services for the lamppost flower baskets and raised flowers bed plantings throughout the downtown district.
ENTREPRENURIAL GROWTH & SUPPORT: The year-round Twin City Farmers Market and the Shoppes at Grandon Plaza provide opportunities for not just access to locally grown and produced foods, but also opportunities for local entrepreneurs to get their start, grow and expand.
THE MURALS: Sterling Main Street is responsible for promoting and maintaining the 20 historic murals located throughout the downtown district.

During 2023, our dedicated volunteers donated over 1500 hours to Main Street activities and events! Our volunteers are the heart and soul of this organization. Their dedication to our community and its betterment is a testament to this place, Sterling, that we call “Home.”
